Referral Coordinator: Jenna Stregowski, RVT

The GVS referral coordinator is available to assist referring veterinarians Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This is a dedicated, full-time position designed to streamline the referral process. Jenna has vast experience as a registered veterinary technician, as well as thorough knowledge of GVS, as she has worked in our ICU, emergency, neurology and internal medicine departments. Her attention to detail and customer service focus is exemplary.

The referral coordinator’s primary duties include:

· Acting as a clinician-clinician liaison before, during and after the patient’s visit

· Processing upcoming referrals

· Collecting patient lab work and data

· Directing referrals and consultations to the appropriate service/clinician
